In your Shopify admin, click Facebook > Settings.

In the Settings section, choose Data sharing settings. 

Disable the option "Enable Customer Data Sharing", and then click Confirm.

Perhaps that Pixel has already been activated twice on site. It is really important to note that according to Facebook policy, it is not allowed to have the same pixel activated 2 times on the web page, which can cause errors in your event tracking. 

The solution is to download the Facebook Pixel Helper extension to check whether or not your pixel is violated. After checking, you need to disable that duplicated Pixel either in your Shopify admin or from other apps.
