This privacy notice discloses the privacy practices for, Omegatheme the Omega web application, and the corresponding browser extension. This privacy notice applies solely to information collected by this website and associated tools. It will notify you of the following:

We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contacts from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.
We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g. to ship an order.
Your Access to and Control Over Information:
You may opt-out of any future contacts from us at any time. You can do the following at any time by contacting us via the email address or phone number given on our website:

- Change/correct any data we have about you.
- Have us delete any data we have about you.

We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline.
Wherever we collect sensitive information (such as credit card data), that information is encrypted and securely transmitted to us. You can verify this by looking for a lock icon in the address bar and looking for "HTTPS" at the beginning of the address of the Web page.

While Omega has not made any functional changes to the way data is processed for users, we’ve updated this policy for clarity and content.

With your permission and/or where permitted by law, we may also use your personal data for marketing purposes, which may include contacting you by email/telephone/text message/post with news and information, as well as promotional offers. You will not be sent any unlawful marketing or spam. We will always work to fully protect your rights and comply with our obligations under the GDPR and the Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC Directive) Regulations 2003. Retention of Your Information
We generally keep your personal information while you use OmegaTheme service. If you cancel the subscription, you stop paying your subscription fees, we will only retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes we collected it for, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements.
Our retention period is 90 days unless required otherwise by the law. When determining the retention period, we take into account various criteria, such as the type of the length of our relationship with you, possible re-installs of our apps, the impact on the services we provide to you if we delete some information from or about you & mandatory retention periods provided by law.

We do not share your payment information with third parties, all data is transferred using Stripe.
We do not share your personal data with any third parties for any purposes, except if we are legally required to do so. In such an event, we may share certain personal data of yours, if we are involved in legal proceedings or complying with legal obligations, a court order, or the instructions of a government authority.
