We would love to further build on our network of Collaborative Designers we work with, and we believe this is a great opportunity for you, and other designers, to experience the prestige associated with having your design released on OmegaTheme. So if you have an amazing design concept for an upcoming theme release, you have some spare time on hand to experiment, or you just want to earn some dosh: then submit your designs to us.

We’re interested in buying the most awesome designs that get submitted. And yes – we said: buying. We’re definitely not in the business of spec-work and would love to pay you for your designs. Obviously though we can’t buy every design submitted to us, but if your design shows potential we’ll pay you accordingly.

Please note: we pay a flat rate for designs and do not offer any sales commission payment schemes.

Why Submit Your Design?

The Technical Stuff

We’ve designed, developed & released 50+ themes thus far; so we have a pretty good idea of what will work and what’ll be popular. Here’s a few pointers for your submission:

• Check our themes collection and make sure that your submission is unique enough relative to the designs & types of themes we’ve released thus far. Also check our Themes Leaderboard to get an idea of which themes sell well and which are destined for the long tail.
• Remember that we want you to design something unique and oozing your personal style; otherwise we would’ve just designed something ourselves.
• Even though you’re only handling the design phase, please consider that the functionality shouldn’t be overly-ambitious for our developers,  instead it should be realistic in terms of executing it within the end-result.
• Submit your design as a full-size, high resolution JPEG or PNG image. We generally need to see at least the homepage, but would prefer to see an inner page as well. If you design is chosen by us we’d then require a layered photoshop file with all the design elements neatly labelled.

Your Submission

To submit your awesome to us, please complete this form and we’ll review your submission. Consider that we get many submissions on a weekly basis; so it may take a day or two to respond to your submission.

By submitting this design you certify that the designs submitted is entirely your own work and that you posses all of the rights associated with the distribution & sale of this design work.

All editorial content and graphics on our sites are protected by U.S. copyright, international treaties, and other applicable copyright laws and may not be copied without the express permission of Omegatheme.com, which reserves all rights. Re-use of any of Omegatheme.com's editorial content and graphics for any purpose without our permission is strictly prohibited.

2. Restrictions

2.1. Memberships

Your Omegatheme membership grants you the right to the appropriate amount of domains based on the information below. Extensions may be used on an unlimited amount of domains. Standard template installations do not expire even after your membership expires, however, the amount of in-use domains is still limited to the number of domains allowed under the membership your expired membership had.
Sub-domains (foo.yourdomain.com, baa.yourdomain.com) and main domain (yourdomain.com) will be counted as 1.

2.1.1. Free Membership

• You can access and use all OmegaTheme's free products (free templates, free themes, free extensions, etc. including products for Joomla!, Prestashop, etc.) on an unlimited number of domains.
• You will get supports from the forum only!
• You will not get supports via ticket or email.
• "Designed by Omegatheme.com" at footer is required for free products (templates). Please retain this information besides your "Copyright [YEAR] [COMPANY NAME]" text.
• You are not allowed to remove the copyright information at the header of files (templates, extensions).
• If you want to remove those copyright/branding information, please purchase this additional fee (per domain): Copyright or Brand removal.

2.1.2. Omegatheme Joomla Template Club Memberships (OJTC)

Joomla Template Single - 1 Domain supported

• You can access (download) all OmegaTheme's templates for Joomla! (Included Joomla! extensions come with template package).
• You will get our supports via forum, ticket, email. The support is restricted to 1 domain. See Licensed Domains Declaration.
• Downloads and supports are available for 3 MONTHS from the date of successful signup.

Joomla Template Developer - Unlimited domains supported

If you are planning to use or install Omegatheme's paid products on websites other than your own you must choose this membership, this excludes non-profit sites.

• You can access (download) all OmegaTheme's templates for Joomla! (Included Joomla! extensions come with template package).
• You will get our supports via forum, ticket, email. The support is for unlimited domains. See Licensed Domains Declaration.
• Downloads and supports are available for 12 MONTHS from the date of successful signup.

• Notice that - this membership does NOT grant you the right to redistribute products outside of "one on one" clients. It is intended for developers who are setting up a website on behalf of another party. Simply sharing a product is a violation.
• You can remove copyright/brand information on templates. BUT please let us know about what domains in which you have removed this copyright/brand information. This helps us exclude those websites from the illegal websites list.

2.1.3. Omegatheme Prestashop Theme Club Memberships (OPTC)

Prestashop Theme Single - 1 Domain supported

• You can access (download) all OmegaTheme's templates for Prestashop (Included Prestashop extensions come with theme package).
• You will get our supports via forum, ticket, email. The support is restricted to 1 domain. See Licensed Domains Declaration.
• Downloads and supports are available for 3 MONTHS from the date of successful signup.

• Downloads and supports are available for 12 MONTHS from the date of successful signup.

2.2. Login and Downloads

To prevent your membership account to be used illegally by someone else, the membership system will automatically temporarily block your account if it detects login action from more than 5 IP addresses in 48 hours.

In this case, you can contact us to re-active your account and you should change your password.

Since you can download unlimited template products (based on your membership account), please don't download continuously many packages in a short time to help our system not going to overload.

2.3. Non-Profit use

Non-profit sites are not counted towards your use of domains. Non-profit sites must be legally registered organizations in the country of their origin. Sites not meeting this requirement are not considered non-profit. Non-profit sites do not need to purchase a developer membership and may use any of the paid club memberships.

2.4. Modification

• You may make any necessary modifications to our products to fit your purposes.
• You may alter the product's code for your own use.
• You may not distribute the original product's code or your modified product's code of the copyright materials listed under "License" above without the explicit permission of Omegatheme.
• Porting to other platforms and content management systems and redistributing as GPL or otherwise is also strictly prohibited.
• You may not remove or change the Omegatheme copyright information in the header of the XML descriptor file, PHP file for all products. You may remove all other Omegatheme copyrights and links DEPENDING on your Membership package (see section 2.1 in this document).

2.5. Unauthorized Use

You are authorized to make any necessary modification(s) to our products to fit your purposes. You may alter the product's code for your own use. But is strictly prohibited to distribute the original products code or your modified products code without the written permission of OmegaTheme.

The above assignment is not true for all the PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor) code that is inside our templates and/or modules. All the PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor) code inside our templates and/or modules is licensed under the GNU/GPL (GNU GENERAL PUBLIC LICENSE). Any member found violating these terms will be immediately suspended from our site with no refund. Any website or person found using an unauthorized Omegatheme's product will be banned from Omegatheme for life, with no option to back-license a product, and may not purchase any future paid products from Omegatheme.

2.6. Assignability

Domains privileges are granted per user account only. They are not transferable to other users without prior written consent from our company.

2.7. Ownership

You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership of any of Omegatheme's product, modified or unmodified. All products are the property of Omegatheme. Stock, copyrighted images are not included with your membership; they are not included with our products and may not be downloaded for your use.

3. Warranty and Disclaimer

Our products are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall our juridical person be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products. We make no guarantee that our products will function with third-party extensions. Browser compatibility should be tested by you on our product's demonstration page at http://demo.omegatheme.com.

4. Delivery

After we have successfully received your payment, your Omegatheme membership information will be emailed to the email address you provided during the payment process. This may take several hours but usually happens within minutes. If you do not receive an email after this time period, please contact us through this website. Upon logging in with the provided credentials, our Omegatheme support team will have instant access to your membership rights.

Your E-mail address must be valid because it will be used for communication purposes. It is strongly recommended that you do not use free email addresses because free emails can be checked more thoroughly and may take longer for activation as a result.

All subscription dates begin at the date on which they were paid.

5. Refund Policy

5.1. Refund Policy for Widget and Tool Apps

Ensuring your protection, we provide refunds within 30 days, offering either a full refund or a partial refund depending on individual cases. Please note, a processing fee may apply in certain instances.

• For cancellations of app subscriptions, refunds for unused days will be processed after the app is uninstalled.
• Lifetime use or one-time charge subscriptions are not eligible for refunds.
• Refunds must be processed through the platform; we do not facilitate refunds to personal accounts unrelated to the platform. Additionally, payments cannot be transferred to another user of the platform.

5.2. Refund Policy for Themes

OmegaTheme.com does not offer refunds for purchased products. Unlike physical goods, electronically distributed software and software licenses can be easily duplicated. Once we have distributed a release version to the customer, the sale is final, and you may not return the software for a refund or credit. Please be cautious and make sure you know what you are purchasing.
Under no circumstances OmegaTheme.com will provide refunds on a "your software is not what I need" basis. Finding a bug in our products is not a reason for a refund. If you do find bugs, please report them so that we can fix them. If you are uncertain of a specific feature, please contact us.

If you fall into one or more of the below, we're sorry: You are NOT eligible for REFUND

• Refund is not applicable after 7 days since the date of your membership purchase.
• The refund amount is equal to the membership fee minus the discount (if any).
• Refund is not applicable on membership renewals.
• Refund is applicable for Paypal payment only.
• The refund would be denied in abuse cases, with abnormally high numbers of downloads within the 7 days.

6. Returns and cancellations

Since OmegaTheme.com is offering non-tangible irrevocable goods we can offer direct refunds if your account has not been logged-into yet. In this case, the refund will be provided without any question. OmegaTheme.com also will offer a full or partial refund within 7 (seven) business days starting from the moment when the member makes the payment. In this case, OmegaTheme.com has the right to ask questions for the refund and also we have the right to NOT offer the refund if we see reasonable. The above notice, also, applies to the license of all of our single purchase and membership purchase.

The only time membership will automatically renew is when you choose the 3-month, 6-month, or 12-month membership options, and then select the "PayPal" method of payment from the list of payment methods. These types of memberships will automatically renew to ensure uninterrupted service. You can cancel this recurring payment at any time.

7. Licenses

Below statements are applied for all Omegatheme's products included Template, Theme, Module, Component, Plugin, Design.

• Any PHP portions of our products are released under GPL license version 2 or later.
• All third-party libraries (PHP, CSS, JS, FONT, ICON, etc.) have their original licence information. Please see the license information that comes with those libraries.
• All Omegatheme's product items(CSS stylesheets, JS, etc.) which have Omegatheme's copyright information on the source code of the products are released under Omegatheme proprietary license and these items can not be redistributed (resold) or repackaged for use other than those allowed by the Terms of Use of the subscription.
• All image and design sources (PSDs) are released under the Omegatheme proprietary license and these items can not be redistributed (resold) or repackaged for use other than those allowed by the Terms of Use of the subscription.
