Can I ask where is coded footer titles for:
INFORMATION
Newsletter

I've translated all related field on Translation module, but for these two I don't find. It's coded into theme?

Hi,

It's OT CMS and OT Newsletter modules. You should select Installed Modules Translations and select your language.
