In virtuemart category I dont have a template

Why?

In Virtuemat product i dont have the full description without click action, I have read www.omegatheme.com/ot-cosmetics/product-...r-click-the-tab.html
but dont' solve.

I have solved this problem reinstall the template.
Now i have only the Product Description Tab not active without click action
The administrator has disabled public write access.
