If you can't find it (Joomla! 2.5 have many things make us blur) you can type directly into position input box the word 'logo' (at module edit page). In the case you find the position named 'logo' but not see the module at that position, no matter. Just create a HTML module, put your logo and put that module to 'logo' position.
