Payment methods do not show in cart - SOLVED

Joomla 2.5.7 - VM 2.0.12 - OTAnte template. New to this (hard work!).

One of my two Payment Methods do not show in cart. I have two payment methods (Bank transfer and Paypal) which I believe are correctly configured and both are published. For Bank transfer I have choosen VM-Payment Standard. For Paypal I have of course choosen VM-Payment Paypal.

No shopper group is selected (I have also tried with shopper group selected - same result).
Automatic Selected Payment is disabled (I have also tried with Auto select enabled - same result).

Problem solved. No country should be selected.
