Hello,
With quickstart demo installation package, you should extract it first (it's Joomla demo fullsite installation) so you can do installation as you install a new Joomla site.

You can upload zip file to your server and login cpanel and unzip it or you can unzip zip file from your computer and upload to your server.

It's build on joomla.sql file, so you just need install it as install new joomla site.
