How to put menus or modules in footer?

I tried to add 3 different menus in the footer but could not.
I like to leave the menus as the attachment image.

Firstly you need create 3 menus with its items.
Secondly, create 3 modules from those 3 menus and then put them into 3 positions.

We have only position module "footer". In that case, must I to create 3 modules positions inside the module "footer"?
e.g:
footer1, footer2, footer3
Where can I create those modules positions?

After, I already have the 3 menus to put in each module position: VM Categories, VM Search, Payment

I was studing the files:
\templates\ot_ante\index.php
\templates\ot_ante\css\layout.css

I was thinking in footer module. Bottombox positions will solve my problem.
