What is the benefit of the Omegatheme club?
By joining as a club member you can download all existing templates, themes, and extensions. You can also download all future templates, themes, and extensions within your membership period. You can also download the template's PSD files. Forum support is only available for all but club members will get priority. The support ticket is available for club members.
What is the payment method?
We are using a secure Paypal & Moneybookers payment method. Via Moneybookers, you can pay directly from your Credit Card and NEVER store your card information on our site.
After signup, Can I get a refund?
OmegaTheme reserves the right to refuse refunds if any efforts of refund policy abuse are detected. It has been observed that some of the users are rampantly downloading all products and then asking for a refund and again re-signup when new products are launched and then again ask for a refund.
I only want one template, is that possible?
Yes, a single purchase is available.
Can I modify the source code?
Of course, you can almost edit or modify any part of the template that you like including text, images, javascript or CSS code, etc. But there are some limitations to this part. You can not modify or delete our copyright code from the source files. The Developer plan members are freed from these limitations.
I paid but I am not able to log in or download!
Please check your BULK/SPAM box for the confirmation message. If you have not got it then please contact us with the proof of payment. Note: Normally our system creates the account after successful payment. There are some cases that your payment is not successfully done and then we have to review and process download information manually.
Can I share my username and password with others?
No. A username and password are specific to one person with up to five IP addresses only. If you share your details you will receive an automatic suspension of your account. If your download traffic logs exceed the total number of allowed downloads, your account will be suspended immediately.
What is a quickstart pack?
The quickstart package included all the files needed to install Joomla! latest stable version. By installing the quickstart pack you can get the exact look of whatever you are seeing on our demo server. Quickstart = Joomla! + Template + Component, Modules or Plugins + Images + SQL demo content

Can I remove the credit link "Design by Omegatheme.com ?"
If you are a membership member then you are allowed to remove the credit links. Keep in mind we do not allow Designed by Myself that is if you haven't done major changes on your own to the design (which you are fully allowed to).
If you are a free member then you are prohibited to remove our copyright link on the bottom of pages. It's the only requirement for our free version. For more information please read this link.

For each of your membership packages, to what does the "duration" refer?
The "duration" is the number of months you are allowed to access our Club membership area section to download our current, updates, and future templates/extensions and get our support.
Access all themes but limit download?
We released all themes/extensions under GPL2 License so you can use it with multiple domains that your own (No limited license for each domain but not share our product). You can download your themes/extensions in the duration package membership time that you purchased. Each download will calculate by 1 credit.
For example, if you purchase the GOLD package, you can access all themes and download 5 themes that you want anytime in 6 months membership duration.
