different color in submenu level

I would have different colors in my mainnav submenu, I add a style in my css and I have indicated the style in "Link Type Option" (see screenshot) but nothing's happening ...



My css looks good because I can apply this background color in other modules.

I hope to be pretty clear ... Would you have an idea?
