Layout colour messed up

Layout colour messed up was created by Barbara T

Hello

I have changed the background colour and the layout colour to white but I can see it in my computer in Chrome and Firefox its ok but when I test it appears as in the screenshot

sorry I have changed it now back to white will change it back to desired colour again and inform you accordingly to see the actual problem
