You can get our support via:
- Forum Support
- Email Support
and help you when you do the "Custom work"

In detail, we can help you:

Install and configure the template
Change some general elements, eg: logo, footer, css, make new language translation support,etc.
Provide solutions for any problem you get when you work (do customization) with our templates and our modules

Notice:

We do not help you with third party extensions
We do not help you do the custom to change one template to be a "almost new different template" for you, just provide solution and help you do custom in a limited range.
