Via FTP verfied that the package is in Templates. But can't be found in Joomla. Please adice.

What's package that you installed via FTP ?

we installed via joomla not FTP we only used FTP to verify its existence in the template directory

Problem is that after successful joomla install template is not visible in template maneuver

I think you install wrong package, if you want install demo package you should extract and upload all demo quickstart files to root via ftp and install it like you install a new fresh joomla site.

If you install template only then you should install it via Extension manage and select template install zip file.

I installed the quickstart one under my current joomla site. I followed the user guide for installation do you suggest I install it into a new joomla account.

Its a full joomla already with demo data, so you must install it as you install a new joomla site. Do you understand ?
