Cannot Download - Authentication Required was created by Louise Grudgings

I am trying to download the OT Social Share extension but am having real difficulties. I have registered with the site but when I try to download I am asked for authentication again. I enter my username and password but these seem not to be recognised and I am repeatedly asked to resubmit.
Any ideas?

I've just tried download with your account via firefox and it works perfect. Please clear your browser cache and try again.

just type you username and password again into the popup dialog to download.
