After downloaded our product package, you need extract it first and it contains different folder for Joomla! version. This mean you buy a product will have all of version supported (1.5, 1.7, 2.5).
Some of our nearly products now is support Joomla! 2.5 only.

Confirmed it was a server error. Server upgraded to Microsoft IIS 7

Template installed fine after that.
