Joomla 2.5.18 & Viruemart 2.0.26 here.

I would like to replace the in stock amount of pieces with a simple regular expression like Available or Unavailable, please see attached screenshot.


Or perhaps it is possible to just set the default amount for all new products to 1 instead of 0 in admin end?
