I am working with the OT Peryz Theme for 1.5.23 for Joomla. For some reason I cannot disable the module in user9 position. When I do disable this module in this position, the site itself looks like the attached screenshot. (All text disappears off the screen)

Has anyone encountered this before? If so, please tell me how to fix it. I do not want use any of the modules in user9,10,11,12.

Also, I have tried putting a menu in the footer that is right justified of the copyright for:

Terms & Conditions | Privacy Policy | Sitemap | Resources

The problem I am running into is that when I link these menu items to an article for these pages, I have to link it to the article ID and then when i test it, the website's main menu does not appear.

Any ideas??
