Hello!
I have a small problem - in normal mode when browser on all screen - there is no jomsocial toolbar menu.
If browser is just a half screen toolbar menu do appear!

What can cause it?

I am sorry i am not familiar with css and this line is very long. So could You please point me in direction in which place should i add - display: block
And what is exact syntax's.
