Hello,

i use this template under unterkunft-wetterblick.de/preise.html but pdf dont work.
I use the version 1.5

Please check your host for missing requirement to run pdf creating via tcpdf.

It seem you need review the PHP configuration of open_basedir: /tmp/ must writeable and you can try create a writeable /tmp folder in /var/www/htdocs/ks24120/ and /var/www/htdocs/ks24120/html/tmp also must be writeable.

Hello,

thanks a lot for your answer.
I have a managed Server and i dont can create a new folder in /var/www/htdocs/ks24120/.
But the Supporter of the Server told me that there ist a folder named "temp". I also dont can rename it. So can i change some configuration so that it works with the folder "temp"?

Please review your Joomla! configuration (configuration.php) and set tmp path to /var/www/htdocs/ks24120/html/tmp.
I think you can create folder in /var/www/htdocs/ks24120/html/ and set permission to 777 via ftp.
