I see this error:

File(/tmp/jpgONWify) is not within the allowed path(s): (/var/www/htdocs/ks24120) in /var/www/htdocs/ks24120/html/libraries/tcpdf/tcpdf.php on line 3880 Warning: imagejpeg(): Invalid filename in /var/www/htdocs/ks24120/html/libraries/tcpdf/tcpdf.php on line 3880 Warning: getimagesize(): open_basedir restriction in effect.

Please check your host for missing requirement to run pdf creating via tcpdf.

It seem you need review the PHP configuration of open_basedir: /tmp/ must writeable and you can try create a writeable /tmp folder in /var/www/htdocs/ks24120/ and /var/www/htdocs/ks24120/html/tmp also must be writeable.

But the Supporter of the Server told me that there ist a folder named "temp". I also dont can rename it. So can i change some configuration so that it works with the folder "temp"? Thanks for help!

linh_omg OFFLINE Moderator Posts: 908 Thank you received: 568 Karma: 25	Please review your Joomla! configuration (configuration.php) and set tmp path to /var/www/htdocs/ks24120/html/tmp. I think you can create folder in /var/www/htdocs/ks24120/html/ and set permission to 777 via ftp. Thanks
