Hi,
In /modules/mod_megasimpleslider/tmpl/default.php you can see this code:
var slideshow = j('.items')
.after('<div id="megaslidenav">')
.cycle({ 
    fx:     'fade', 
    speed:  '300', 
    timeout: 4000,
    pager:  '#megaslidenav',
    prev:   '#item-prev', 
    next:   '#item-next'
});

change the speed and timeout to fit your need,
