Is there any solution to make a module position on that part of the website? i want to put there some Main Content News modules...

Firstly, you need determine where you want put the module position.
For example you want put the position in
Code:
<div class="mega-main-content-padding"> <!-- you want put new module position here --> <jdoc:include type="component" /> </div>
