Quickstart joomla 3 not working

I just downloaded quickstart

The joomla 3 installation is hanging on the last stage of it's install. All is ok upto step 3, the installation starts however after a short while it shows step 3 again.



Please advise.

I was able to download quikstart from joomland.org. And it was ok during installation.

However the template is NOT responsive. I tried on/off several and aslo cleared the cache.

Please advise what to do to have it responsive.

What mean “Quickstart from joomla.org”?
template’s package included Jarvis framework,you can create block responsive with base on bootstrap 3
All our package included demo content with demo Jarvis block layout

Hello I had too many issue with this template. So I used another which is working better. You can close this thread thanks.
