I have tested demo template OT Dulcet (demo.omegatheme.com/index.php?t=joomla&i=ot_dulcet) I have a question - why does not work the bottom drop-down menu in the footer. That is, when i hover over the item "Joomla! Pages" in the footer, nothing happens (nothing dropdown). Why?
	The administrator has disabled public write access.
