Is this Template compatible with joomla 3.x ?

bump == I tried to install this template in Joomla 3.3.3 and it does not work. Why is it tagged as Joomla 3 compatible?

I tried to download the updated version for joomla 3x from your link updated

But:
- The demo package does not contain the items and complete menus of the site and then the site is empty.

- If I install the demo package joomla 2.5 and upgrade to version 3x all the site works, but does not allow me to manage the backend settings in the template, and does not allow me to create new menu.


Wonder if possible to attach the link to the demo package for joomla version 3x containing all the articles and menu.
