I can not adjust anything from the template OT Dulcet was created by lorenzo Lardillier sanchez

I installed the template on joomla 2.5.14 and will not let me make any changes. Just visualize the default style.
I installed the extensions that are included in the download file and are activated.

But I installed the quickstart and that if you let me make the changes you want.

What is the problem?
