Hi chivi,
That module is Custom HTML module, so you can create a new Custom HTML module and in module's content editor please insert icon images, insert links to that icons, etc.

I have a sugguest that if you want to make your site look like the demos, please install the demos installation package in your localhost and see how it work then follow it.
