quickstart demo not installing correctly

quickstart demo not installing correctly was created by Dan Summers

I downloaded the OT_Ante package from this site today (12-23-2013). When I try to install the OT_Ante_quickstart_demo_installation_package_j25 on my joomla 2.5 backend I get the following error:

JInstaller: :Install: Cannot find Joomla XML setup file

How can this be fixed? Any help would be great. Thank you.
