Theme Demos Not Working was created by Keith Patschke

Hello,

I am looking at a couple of themes for a client and I want to show them the live demos before I purchase one. But I get a 404 error with all the Demos on your site. Could someone take a look and maybe get this going. The only way I can make a purchase is to sell my client by showing them the live demo. Let me know as soon as you can.
