Grid Layout and Ordering

Hi,
Thanks for the great module. I have however had 2 issues:
1. Grid layout doesn't work, and ends up bunching up different testimonials.
2. I can't change the ordering.

Can you please help?

OT Testimonies.

There is a "Grid" layout option as seen in attachment 1. When I try it, it comes out like a regular "list" or even worse, because one of the testimonials gets messed up, as seen in attachment 2.

Also, I am trying to change the order of the testimonials by clicking on "Ordering" as you can see in Attachment 3, but it's not working.

Please help me with these2 issues.
