Unable to edit, save dulcet template

Hey,
I installed a Dulcet template successfully in the host server but am not able to edit, save, or even save the website into offline mode it redirects back to the default home page..any ideas on how I can fix this ?

need to be sure it can work before I can make a purchase on other premium templates
