We pay for service NOT for template

While Omega are in update for weeks now, i have one NOTE to you guys as your customer, we are coming here just for SERVICES and NOT for template, i have one example, i have one website which was using your template i got from my friend for months, but why i decided to subscribe it? Only because i wanted quick help ( something in couple of minutes, and NOT days), if i could wait for days means i had already solved it by myself.

I told Joomlart this advice, and the more customers start to get ungry with your services they will start to share your products for FREE online, so i think the best way is to keep them Happy so that they will be royal to OT.

Personally i like OT and wish you guys can do something better especially on those favorite template.
