I am having problem in using this template with opera browser only. the modules are overlapping each other with topboxes. the website runs well in all other browsers.

You should add more css in custom.css file with follow:

.ot-topboxes { min-height: 250px; }

It solve only 50% of the problem. Now Topbox-1 and topbox-2 module overlaps.
